Shallow depth and tight hole

My dog is strong and I couldn't get other bindings of this size to stay in the ground. And other heavy zip ties should grab my floor. Twelve inches is the maximum depth I can get into for the chain to tangle and pull out other zip ties. This one could rise to the surface, stay inside, and not detach from the spot fixed on it. So glad I ordered it
