Review on 🥤 THERMOS Stainless King Travel Tumbler, 16oz Vacuum-Insulated, Matte Steel by John Lewis

Well, it was a real love story between me and a thermos mug. I got my first thermos mug about 9 years ago and this mug was perfect except for two things: 1: It was difficult to clean so you can't use a drink with milk. 2: The paint peeled off and looked ugly in less than 4 months. I still loved it and used it as it was for a few years. After using it for 4 years I left the US and had to put it behind me. I just got back to Chicago and figured winter is coming and it would be nice to get the same mug again so I ordered the same brand. This time I made a wiser choice and went with a stainless steel paint so the paint would stop peeling. Before I get to the bad part, I'd like to say I love that the thermos has replaced the old version's lid with one that can be taken apart and is defiantly easier to clean. What I didn't like about this new version is: 1: After using it one day, I noticed a small rusty spot on the bottom inside the cup and that should be the red line inside each cup. 2: The old version of the cup didn't leak at all, but the newer one sometimes leaked. I'm not sure if it's the new cap or maybe I didn't put it together correctly. 3: I had a small dent in the cup from the start but I found it small and I won't give a bad review for it until I get reason number 1.4: They use bad glue which is difficult to remove from the cup mug.5 A: This mug may have more problems that I don't know about because I only used it once and hand washed it. I hate leaving bad reviews. I could have given them a bad rating for the first cup but at the time I thought they had a great product that needed a little improvement so no need to be harsh. I give them 1 star out of 5 just because the inside of their cup gets rusty. and after realizing it, nothing else mattered. Stay away, I will never buy anything from this brand again.
