At first I loved this product but after a few runs I realized it didn't suit me. If there was a way to adjust the vest vertically it would probably work. Whatever the case, the weight of the lights on my back causes the vest to constantly shift down (towards my butt) as I run. It's very annoying and uncomfortable for me. I keep having dreams of attaching the front to shorts like suspenders or something. However, for the price, if it suits you, it's fantastic value for money. Note that there are no LEDs on the front. For those who want to shine from the front, this vest will not work. This is not a problem for me as I wear a headlamp when running in the dark. Overall, a rating of three is due to a lack of customization and/or better vest balance. The low cost helps mitigate this. Also, the lights are bright. I would wear it as a last resort, but not for regular jogging. Walking and other lower impact activities may not cause the same problem as me.
