Review on Renewed Logitech M720 Wireless Triathlon Mouse with Bluetooth, Hyper-Fast Scrolling and USB Unifying Receiver for PC, Laptop - Black by Stanisaw Krlak ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

No joy in buying the product, it's not good.

So, for a long time I did not want to write a bad review, but still my patience was over. 1) I am already using the second copy of this series, the first mouse was replaced under warranty (logitech has excellent support, I have been convinced of this more than once, although it is strange that I have to make sure of this) 2) the mouse is not for games from the word AT ALL. I tried to play shooters, so when aiming and shooting at the same time, the main mouse buttons climb on top of each other with a very unpleasant tactile sensation. And the side button, in the heat of battle, you can accidentally press (I had to turn it off). 3) The wheel is a real sore spot of this mouse. except for accidental left / right clicks, scrolling up / down constantly works every other time. 4) The right button is VERY easy to press, i. E. just from the heaviness of the fingers. Either learn to keep your fingers over the mouse, or don't put your brush on it at all =) 5) Switching between devices seemed slow to me. Maybe because of bluetooth v4.2, I don't know. I took it specifically to connect to a tablet (apple) and a PC on windows. I know that there is Logitech Flow, which allows you to control multiple devices at once, but unfortunately there is no application for Apple iOS. 6) The price is very high, 3,000 maximum, but not 4-5. All the cons and problems I described were discussed with Logitech support, there was a hope that I just got a defective mouse, but no. The second one turned out to be the same, although it seems that it is a little better (I think that I'm just used to the shortcomings of this model). 1 star for this product, 2 stars only because of the support. It's a pity, the model itself more than suits me, if not for all the jambs. 12/29/21 A glitch with a scroll delay is "treated" by switching to the proprietary unify receiver that comes with the kit. I'm very surprised that bluetooth has such problems. (distance to the mouse did not change)

Pros
  • - many additional buttons - 2 ways to connect - bluetooth + proprietary (radio) - 2 scroll modes - memory for 3 devices - does not eat a battery (4 months, -1 division) - size
Cons
  • - when you click on the wheel (for example, open a link in a new tab in the browser), scroll left / right more often - scrolling up/down sometimes doesn't work - takes a long time to switch between bluetooth devices - no way to change dpi - the main buttons overlap each other when pressed simultaneously (although this mouse is not for games, but purely for the office - it does not justify the presence of such a problem!) - price
