I paid full price at first after spending several hours reading very plantar fasciitis on Revain. I bought this and a GoFit massage roller. , See below. I leave both but https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OJHLB9O/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I liked (see below), the central part of this TriggerPoint is slightly better than GoFit (would have preferred small bumps), but GoFit is almost as good (on GoFit would prefer larger bumps). The wheels are much better than the GoFit as they are made of urethane which flexes very slightly like inline skate wheels. This TriggerPoint has hard plastic wheels, making it difficult to use on wood or tile floors. The trigger point is a bit slippery. Additionally, the regular version of TriggerPoint costs $5.5 more than GoFit, while the extra hard version costs $10 more. If you only had one, I would go with GoFit. Now I bought Exra Firm first, found it too hard and switched to normal. In fact, the difference is very small. The normal version is just a little less firm. July 27 update. Finally, how much do they help with plantar fasciitis? Hardly used for 4 weeks. The strokes are actually too far apart, so the massage effect is not pleasant. Prefer GoFit.
