I like that it is visually appealing as well as easy to use with little knowledge required to set up. It has some features that other systems don't have which makes it more customizable - this can be costly depending on how many customizations you want made. The customer support seems pretty good, but it's not always clear if they're actually listening to you or just trying to get through your request as fast as possible. We've been able to make our workflows much easier by setting up specific fields for various departments in TopLeft, allowing them to move items between different stages of a project without having to go back into the client portal every time.
