Make sure the dots are aligned
Make sure the colored dots and the holes are aligned BEFORE inserting the screws. Once the screws are in, they will NOT come out! In my experience, removal requires a grinder as the screw heads are VERY easy to remove. Better to buy other screws. The stool is excellent and very durable. I love it when I do it right.
