Slightly fresh good for balloons

It was so easy to put together. I wanted to make a balloon garland for my daughter's birthday and it turned out very pretty! I will say if your balloon keeps coming out of the balloon trail, skip the hole. You can always fill in the gaps with balloons and it will still look beautiful.
