It's good. Not as big as boppy. I don't use it for breastfeeding. I use it to sleep and it works great for that. My 3 year old and I love Boppies as a sleeping pillow and it has replaced Boppies so I wanted to try it as a replacement. If you plan to use this as a nursing pillow, I think the size is going to be an issue. Boppies are much larger and fit people of different sizes. This pillow stretches to fit your lap for baby to rest on and has enough firmness, but if I were to use a nursing pillow I'd probably go with Boppie. Although it's great as a sleeping pillow for a child or an adult!
