I love this petticoat! I wore it under Belle's yellow satin dress for a Halloween party and it was perfect. I'm only 5ft 3" tall so I had to shorten my petticoat. I went to You Tube and it said to sew two layers of tires together but it wasn't as easy as I expected so I just cut off the bottom layer. The hoops are adjustable which helped the dress not be so baggy. The petticoat really helped the dress look amazing. I got a lot of compliments that night and we became the best couple at the party!
