The packaging was TERRIBLE

Blanket feels soft. It's very easy. I can't speak to the warmth yet, but I'm so mad at the way it's packaged I'm ready to scream. It was packed so tightly in a plastic zippered sleeve that I couldn't get it out. The only thing I could think of was trying to cut off the duvet cover and I ended up CUTTING the duvet! Yes, I understand that this is my fault, but if it hadn't come in such stupid packaging I wouldn't have had to cut it from the start. When planning your supersonic packaging, remember that on the other end of the line PEOPLE should be acting, not machines!
