Between a small bag and a handbag. I have an HP Pro book and it will NOT fit if you want it; Most likely, it will be suitable for a tablet. A hard, heavy canvas is fine, although I suspect the length and color of the fur skin is goatskin and the fact that it was made in India. Very unusual, fashionable bag. I'm not sure what I'm going to use as an everyday wallet, I might need an organizer for that. I'm a little concerned about what people might think of the fur piece, but I think it's important to use recycled materials as well as things that might otherwise be thrown away, which hopefully applies to this bag. I LOVE that the leather has NO rubber edge. which always chip off with other bags I've had. I don't like that the bottom is canvas, although it's a very good canvas I was hoping the bottom was leather. But I think it's strong enough. A little worried about the strap lasting more than a year. This is softer skin. Very pleasant appearance.
