I was very skeptical about this pre-workout. As a longtime lifter and athlete, I have a wide range of pre-workout knowledge and it's never been more affordable. So I didn't dare. But now, as a trainer, I don't need crazy pre-workouts like Cheer Up or Hyde. I needed something with caffeine but in a low dose without a lot of additives. I got this Monday before I coached the soccer team and I was impressed with the energy I had throughout the day. I didn't fall, it was a steady flow of energy and a slight itch which is normal for a pre workout. I just finished a push workout and it was great. My mental clarity was blissful during the workout, and there's pretty much anything in pre-workout to keep gaining weight, even as I started to feel muscle fatigue. I also used it while running and it was the perfect amount of caffeine for my runs, I was able to run 6 miles straight. I usually have to take a break in the first 3 miles. The taste is good, it's actually not as strong a chemical slap in the face as Hyde's. It's refreshing and goes on smoothly. Overall, this is an underrated product. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, veteran or beginner, who just needs a little extra strength when training. END STRONG YALL.
