I bought this as a gift. They seem to be working pretty well. The noise canceling feature is very useful. He can easily make phone calls while mowing the lawn. They look very nice and professional, so they can also be worn during work. All in all, this is a good buy. Customer service was great. The first pair we received had some sort of defective battery that required frequent restarts. They read my review and immediately contacted me to replace it. There were no problems with the new headphones. My only complaint is that there is no way to contact their support team, they have to contact you.
