I have had scalp psoriasis for over a decade and have been taking T Sal but wanted to switch to something sulfate free. I heard good reviews about tea tree oil so I decided to try this shampoo. I was pleasantly surprised by its effectiveness. While it doesn't completely eliminate itching and flaking, it significantly reduces these symptoms without drying it out and keeps my hair looking healthy. The smell takes some getting used to, but it's worth it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a shampoo to use. because of scalp psoriasis.
