This is a very soft and comfortable robe. The material is thick but also light at the same time and very soft without being too clingy. I normally wear a size womens small in robes and got this in side SM/MD but it definitely fits more like a medium so keep that in mind if you're very petite. I am 5'6" and this goes about to my knees. It washes up well with no issues so far. I love that the robe ties are built in as opposed to being looped around your waist where it can slip out. If you are the type like me that likes to hang your robe on a hook, be aware that there is no loop for hanging it but the size tag is sewn in like a loop so I just use that for hanging it.
