The first soap I bought stayed in the shower for a long time as a body/face soap. I liked that it moisturized my dry, itchy skin and helped heal some stubborn breakouts. I also wanted to try their other soaps, so I emailed the company on their website to ask what other soaps they would recommend for my skin. You never answered. I figured since this soap works better than any other I've used I'd buy the soap again in their big fugly soap packs. It was only available through their website so I bought it there. . It wasn't the same as the first bar I bought from Revain. It covered my skin, wouldn't wash off clean, I had to rub very hard with a washcloth to get clean and get all the soap residue off my skin, and it caused itching and a rash. I emailed the company with my problem. and they never answered. I do not recommend buying this company's soap directly from them unless you like them. Only buy from Revain Prime if you need to return an item. I EDITED THIS REVIEW because the company just sent me an email apologizing for not contacting me immediately and explaining that for some reason they never received my emails. They refunded the money I paid for the Fugly soap and offered to send me a free bar of soap (of my choice) to make up for my inconvenience. I really appreciate this first class customer service. I want to reiterate that my first bar of soap was wonderful and I recommend this brand for the purity of the ingredients.
