They Rust! good for me
I have had mine about a month and had to take down due to impending hurricane. What I found is they are rusting which is not great for a white vinyl fence!

- Purchased to hang High School graduation photos on fence for graduation party! Works great!
Cons
- The hooks may not be as attractive as other outdoor hanging options
