This is a well made product, looks good and has enough room for me to put on the head and wrist sets so I can see all the colors clearly. What annoyed me the most was that there were NO INSTRUCTIONS and the included screws were already capped and appeared permanently attached as if they had to be screwed into the wall brackets manually. BUT when I started turning them by hand (they're smooth, rounded caps) by pressing down while turning, the screws didn't turn very well, so I took some fine-toothed pliers and tried using them, and then the cap came off the screw! It turned out that there was a small rubber gasket inside the cap, so I applied more force with my hand and uncapped the second screw. Finish threading both screws into the drywall mounts, being careful not to overtighten, then replace the caps on the screw heads. The hands don't swing easily, but with a slight tension, smooth motion. This is a good product and I recommend it.
