We needed a more convenient towel rail to use under the sink, so I settled on this one. It is slightly longer so the bottom bar is lower against the door and sometimes a towel folded over the bottom bar hangs slightly under the door. It is beautiful and durable and looks beautiful. I had to use different screws with the same heads so the caps could fit on the screw head. The original longer screws would come out on the opposite side of the cabinet door when used. A good product.

Really good quality work stand. The "Hide Screw" feature is really good; but that's why I gave the product a lower rating. The requirement for a small screw head also makes a small diameter screw more prone to "backing out". The screw diameter is about half the size of the hole, so it fits very poorly. I ended up grinding the head of a screw with a much larger diameter to fit the caps while still being fairly rigid.

The device looked good but was very heavy. One of the two screws holding it together was inserted into the threaded socket at an angle rather than straight. I unscrewed it to straighten it and found that the two holes it needs to go through don't line up and it won't assemble properly. I enlarged the hole and changed the spacers and now everything is fine. A lot of people wouldn't notice, and a cross-threaded screw might never have been a problem. This item is definitely for towels or washcloths, not full towels. Actually I think it's the 2 washcloths shown in the picture. This is the only way to get so much space on both sides of the "towel". Luckily I was planning to use it for my small bath towels and they fit folded in half lengthwise. Installation was easy enough, but I looked at the screws and removed them immediately. This is a well made product, looks good and has enough room for me to put on the head and wrist sets so I can see all the colors clearly. What annoyed me the most was that there were NO INSTRUCTIONS and the included screws were already capped and appeared permanently attached as if they had to be screwed into the wall brackets manually.
