I had my suspicions that this would be a cheap looking cover but actually I think it looks terrific in my family room. I hate to write that I am disappointed.but I am. It is because the rug is too distressed in some areas. Good grief, there is a huge white spot close to the middle of the rug so therefore that white area can not be hidden by furniture. So I decided to blend it in as best I could. I made a cup of strong tea and soaked a small rag in the tea. I twisted the rag until most of the water was gone. I then dabbed the rag onto the white spot. Ordered my usual size and found that they fit comfortably even with my wool socks on. My old sheepskin slippers have been wearing out so the padded sole was a welcome relief to my feet! Got these at a huge deal (around $12) last year. Honestly, I enjoy the consistency and workability of these more than my fancy professional set of M Graham gouache. You get lots of paint and won't feel like you have to be precious with your supplies. I've been using my set once nearly every week and with a little spritz of water, they haven't dried on me.
