The product is well made. The screws fit well and are fitted with rubber washers to avoid damaging the controller when screwing them in. The strap/tip is also well made. The only problem is the locks. On three (3) occasions one of them came loose when the fastener was hit or dented due to snagging on clothing. This happens when the controller hangs and shifts towards your body, which is natural between flights or battery changes. The controller almost hit the pavement several times when one of the locks came loose. The manufacturer must use a locking carabiner or other locking mechanism. I used an aquarium tube to attach the latch when it's on the controller to fix the problem. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the lock issue. BE CAREFUL.
