ZYXEL IS BAD. $5 for rackmount hardware to $500-$700 hardware that should have been in his kit

Zyxel is more concerned about going above dollars to get pennies. This item is sold RACK MOUNTED but does NOT include any mounting hardware. You need to contact Zyxel to get hardware for . $5 + $10-15 shipping The item retails for over $700, but the buyer has to pay $5 for the included metal bracket and costs the manufacturer a penny. Then the customer has to pay 3 times the shipping fee of $5.00 for the device. I have PRIME so I pay $0.00 NO SHIPPING. So why should I pay shipping for a part? Portion $5.00. this should have been included in the cost of $500-700 units that are RACK-MOUNTED. ZYXEL still impresses me. Can't wait to see the hardware, probably more hidden costs for what should have been or should have been included.
