Bought these headphones because of the advertised 2 year guarantee. However, when they arrived there was no warranty card or explanation so I contacted the seller. They sent me a guarantee document which is useless. Warranty address: Xiamenshi Xianganqu Xiangfu 5li 10hao 1403shi Xiamen Fujian 361101, CN What's this? should you send the headset there if it breaks? What does CN stand for? Cambodia? The remainder of the warranty reads: Warranty Statement We, Xiamen Meikajia Electronic Technology Co. Ltd Here we would like to state the following: MKJ warrants headsets to be free from defects in material or workmanship. All headsets come with a 2-year warranty, subject to normal use and maintenance. During the warranty period, defective headsets will be repaired or replaced at MKJ's option. The warranty is void if 1. the warranty period has expired 2. the warranty label is damaged or removed3. The defect was caused by misuse, improper use, not in accordance with the product's instructions for use. There is no warranty label on the headset. There are no instructions with a headset. When I contacted the manufacturer about these defects, there was no answer. The rest of the headset looks good. I like the ear pads, the sound is loud and clear. However, all of the phone headsets I have received from Revain have died within a year and I see no difference. I just used them and they don't work. They failed after about 1 1/2 months. I gave up headphones. While they are comfortable, I have not received one in years that has lasted more than six months. I've discovered that my phone has Bluetooth functionality, so I now use a Bluetooth headset whenever I feel like I'm going to talk for a while.
