When I first ordered shoes, I ordered 11.5 b/c. I usually wear athletic shoes from 11 to 11.5. I had to send it back because the 11.5 was too narrow for me and these shoes are definitely for narrow feet. Although I could tell it would be a comfortable shoe I returned the 11.5 and ordered a size 12. The shoes arrived in about 2 days and the size 12 was definitely the size I needed and the support and the comfort are really good. I haven't worn a Puma since I was in school when I played basketball, but I'm very glad I bought this pair.
