I've had the same pair of winter boots for probably 20+ years. They were very comfortable but the foot part had no fur lining so my feet were always freezing. I finally decided to upgrade to warmer boots. I live in Wisconsin and when we get snow it can get pretty deep, so I was looking for a pair of boots on the taller side, not the little ankle boots that I normally see in stores. I normally wear a size 10 or 10.5, so I ordered an 11 and they were too small and too tight. I sent them back (quite easy to do, just request a return and take it to Kohls) and ordered a size 12. Fits perfectly. The fur lining is on the entire inside, legs and feet. I had to shovel snow twice this week, for about an hour each time, in temps in the 20s and my feet were toasty the whole time. No pinching anywhere, and the tread seems pretty good too, no slipping. Would definitely recommend.Only took 1 star off because of having to order twice to get the a size that fits.
