Review on Adidas Metallic Silver Performance Trainer Men's Shoes and Athletic Footwear by Mike Barnes

These are NOT sneakers. These are training shoes. I definitely wouldn't call it a heavy or aggressive machine, I just know it's better for those who want a little more cutting ability. I do a lot of mobility exercises that require starts, stops, and hooks. It's great for that. I could see a real difference in the ability there was when changing direction. The padding on the sole is not bad. These are low profile shoes. The heel cup is a bit small but also reinforced. It's bearable. Be warned - this shoe will be narrow in the middle in the design. After 1 workout it got easier. This is for decent support. These are not running or casual shoes.
