Does it work on my computer?

I was able to get this device to work in Zoom meetings. However, I couldn't get it to work when I went to the break rooms. It seemed to work fine with good voice quality. A geek came to me to see what the problem could be and after reinstalling this device he couldn't get it to work. So not sure what is needed at the moment.
