We were looking for something simple for our disabled adult daughter. This toothbrush does a great job and is really easy to use. In fact, my wife and I each bought one and are very happy with the cleaning. It really is like that. The toothbrush is excellent and deserves five stars. Charging station is not so much. The toothbrush is placed in a shallow well and is in contact with two of the four small pins protruding from the bottom of the well. The only problem is that the shaft gets wet when the toothbrush is inserted into the shaft. The needles quickly turned green and actually fell out in my daughter's room. To the credit of the suppliers, they replaced the toothbrush and charger. We now know that the toothbrush must be placed on the edge of the sink for a few minutes to allow the brushing complex to drain. Then we wipe the block with a towel. Seems pretty cumbersome. I mean who designs something for the bathroom that isn't waterproof?
