The packaging was good. Be sure to read the advertisement, the temperature sensor is not included with this mirror and the sensor will no longer show the outside temperature. I removed the temp sensor from my old mirror, traced the wires to the PCM and installed the sensor on the bracket, everything works fine. The glass has very, very little distortion and the power adjustment is faster than a factory mirror.
