I ignored the negative reviews and tried this thing. I really liked it, even though I had to constantly connect it to my PS4 via a USB cable. Then 3 days later, as it seems to have happened to countless people, the connection between the device with the back button and the PS4 kept dropping due to a mini USB port error. Even though the plug was firmly in the socket, the connection was constantly being lost. A few times I got a message on my Playstation that there was a problem with the mouse connected. He didn't even recognize the clasp on the back button. I am extremely disappointed. Everything about this product (except the need to connect to the PS4) was great. So sad that this connection was apparently designed using a cheap part that is so easy for humans to break.
