Review on EchoMail by Brian Rivenbark

Easy to use, robust email service with an excellent customer support team who will resolve any issue you may have quickly! Would like some more features in my account but those are not deal breakers at this time (yet).

I currently only need it set up so that our customers can send emails from their inboxes instead of having them forward us or cc'ing themselves out via gmail etc., which is also nice because then we do see what they're doing inside Gmail without needing extra software/solutions installed. We've found ourselves able solve most problems easily through echomail rather than calling into tech guys - saving precious hours each week when contacting techies directly! It would be great if there was one area where multiple users could get access across all accounts within just 1 dashboard viewable by everyone? That way people don't lose sight about updates throughout different subdomains and projects too often. Also wish notifications.
