Review on Dunlop SP Winter Ice 03 195/65 R15 95T by Jnis Muinieks ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

I do not advise buying this product, there is nothing to praise here.

I chose primarily based on the budget and I wanted to try something new to replace Hake 8. Was unpleasantly surprised by the noise with so many accolades. Although I expected that it would not be quiet. The same Haka 8 is much quieter, but it has its drawbacks. In terms of handling, there is still a very mixed impression, I will add later, only the second day I skated on it. It is interesting to ride on the ski track on the Hong Kong Ring Road, on the Third Ring Road in some places with a small rut it swims a little. I hope there will be snow in this and she will show herself))). ate after a week of use. After 400 km on the highway tired of the noise. Who writes that it is quiet, what have you driven before? On a snow-covered country road, it rides confidently in the snow. On the icy slabs, I’m not very sure, I almost pulled it into a ditch, where the slabs lay at a slight slope. On the track on the track begins to swim. Demolition in turn takes place, the trajectory does not hold. Long turn on the highway, speed 120. Consumption compared to Haka has grown significantly. On the highway to the same place - 5.4 on Hack, against 7.2 on Dunlop. (5.9-6.2 on the summer Conti, but here the speed is much higher). In general, the tires are not even average, but much worse. Premium class - well, no, never. Rather economy +. Reminds me of KAMU-205 (it seems like I had one once)))) I lower my rating to 2. I will change next year.

Pros
  • Acceptable price. Took for 4650 (205/55/16). You can safely start, without axle boxes (Haka 8 hello). Although I feel sorry for her, maybe that's why.
Cons
  • Noisy, very noisy. Empty steering wheel. Floats a little when rutting. Demolition in turns on asphalt.
