The support is great, they are very responsive to all our questions or concerns (or lack thereof). They also provide excellent training for new customers so that we can get up & running as quickly possible! I would like more options in terms of additional services beyond just webhosting/email service - but this has been an issue with most companies regardless if you're looking at shared plans vs dedicated servers etc. We have hosted several websites using their platform now over 3 years ago when it was still called BlueHost before being acquired by them. Now there's no longer any reason not use another provider because everything works well together seamlessly between both providers without issues. Our sites were down frequently due to DDoS attacks which made us lose out revenue from Google Adsense ads placed directly into those pages during these times. So much better than other hosts who don't prioritize security enough even though 99%+ users never experienced such problems since DDOSs only happen rarely compared.
