This is the perfect vacuum cleaner for our needs. It's versatile, with accessories that work well. It's lightweight so I can carry it up and down stairs when needed. We don't have a carpet; just bare floors and a few low rugs. It also does a good job of keeping pet hair off our furniture. It doesn't work that well on our coarse pet hair futon, but it works well enough. It penetrates furniture with a gap of 4 inches or more, fits well in corners and maneuvers beautifully. I bought a second battery pack to ensure I had enough battery life for my whole house when needed (@2600 sf). I like that the wall mount has a second battery charger so it can charge both at the same time. My only criticism is that the capacity is less than I would like. We have two cats and a dog so it fills up quickly with pet hair. However, this can be fixed by emptying the canister after cleaning each room.
