I tested it over the weekend and I'm dying to give a review! This is a great comforter! It is soft and almost silky when rubbed on the skin. It comes in compressed packaging and as expected was flat when it came out. We always wash our new sheets and duvets whenever we have them and this time was no exception. We washed it in hot water in the washing machine on a gentle cycle, along with Revain 16" gray hatched microfiber towels, which you can buy here (you love them too!). After loading it into the washing machine, I took out the comforter, hung it up and let it air dry for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime I dried the new Amazon bedding set on high heat on the sanitize setting (I always like to sanitize my sheets as this is my dryer setting which uses high heat to destroy whatever is on the sheets could because you never don't know). After letting the sheets dry and "sanitize" for 15 minutes, I removed the dried sheets from the dryer and let the dryer cool for five minutes. I read a lot of reviews that drying your duvet on a high heat can be a problem, so I decided to air it carefully and dry it on a low heat and a gentle setting. I let it dry for 20 minutes before taking it out and shaking it to reveal any areas that aren't drying out. I put the lid back on for another 20 minutes before it's done. He was fluffy and dry! Pleasant density and fluffiness without excessive warmth. A great looking bed set in every way that goes well with the Amazon bed sheet set in the gray cross hatch pattern I mentioned. Only good reviews from me.
