I bought this laptop to complement my work laptop, ie to keep my personal items separate from my work items. I didn't think I would use it that much, but it turned out to be such a great device that it's now my favorite device. It's so light it's become a replacement for my tablet. For my home office I have two laptops - one for work and one for this. Both of these laptops have a large curved Dell monitor and a Logitech keyboard and mouse. This laptop is connected via Ethernet. If I want to work on this laptop, I have to manually switch the monitor, keyboard and mouse to settings #1. I then switch to setting #2 while working on my work laptop. I also have two video lights (one behind each laptop). My desktop is "clean" even though I'm very busy. This laptop is easy to detach from your desk and take with you wherever you go, whether at home or on the go. It wakes up quickly as soon as you touch the keyboard and/or open the lid. After a few seconds I do whatever I need to do on the laptop. It's so unlike any other device I've had: I usually have to wait between 30 seconds and 2 minutes for the device to be ready to use. This laptop gave me back my confidence in Windows 10 devices.
