Human Touch Sol Foot and Calf Massager does a good job on feet and calves. For me there are many things that could be improved. This thing is heavy and you only have two very thin fingers to pick it up. There should be cutouts on both sides to allow the whole hand to fit to take it. The calf massager didn't do much for me because my legs are too skinny. I fixed this by buying a 1/2" foam yoga mat and trimming it to fit both leg channels. Works well, nice and firm now. You'd think the company would make a foam sleeve for different leg thicknesses of people. Calf massage is very helpful for restless legs syndrome. I use it before bed and it seems to take care of it very well. The foam inserts also solve another problem other reviewers have complained about which is excessive pressure on your feet. There is very little muscle tissue in the foot and this machine can be very painful if you don't place your feet in exactly the right spot. Foam will fix this perfectly. The switch is way down that you put your feet in the car Hard to reach and you don't see it so you have to grope for it Pretty silly design There are 4 rubber feet on the bottom that hold my rug in place so I can't move it. I'll try duct tape. Vibration mode is useless to me, I don't feel anything when it's on. Despite all of these issues, the machine does a great job of relaxing tired feet and legs. If you have Restless Legs Syndrome, try this device. I'm glad to have it when I need it.
