Don't waste your money. The microphone does not work

I bought this item because I thought about the microphone but it does not work. Lots of noise and interference in the sound (listening and talking). I have the pairing with BT keyboard, mouse and this item in my Macbook Pro but it works very poorly, very low sound even though the volume is set to 100%
