I purchased this dress for my daughter's graduation this Thursday. My daughter is trying on a dress that fits her so well and looks great. I told her to take it off, she twisted the plastic fringe behind which the ruffle comes out. late return. So I took it to a tailor, not 1 put down 2 different tailors. The first cutter didn't touch it, and the second cutter will cut it off 2 inches to attach a new edge. charged me $15. So I paid 69.99 plus 6.99 shipping, now $15. I could go to a cookie store or Macy's. The dress is beautiful and fits well but the piping is an issue when it comes out of the tulle.
