The platform of visual factory makes it easy to create models without coding knowledge or expertise required for programming language like CNC machine control software such as Mach3 by CAMBRA/ROBOTIS GmbH & Co KG / Germany - which I use at work! It's also great how you can easily change parameters during model creation with little experience needed from new users since there are so many help pages available online (and even more offline). At this moment we don't have any specific complaints about our own usage but i'm sure if some other customer has problems they will be solved quickly through support channels provided within their system interface itself :) Have been using VF mostly over past few years now where my team used them primarily because most people were not familiar enough yet what exactly was going inside those machines when creating parts manually via tools etc., especially regarding toolpaths generation process flow charting part geometry modelling material selection cutting machining procedures.
