The visual representation of workflows make it easy for me as an administrative assistant in my office who is not technical at all. I can easily see what needs attention next! The ability for users in different locations can access this tool from anywhere with an internet connection which is great! I love that we can create checklists in our own format as well as have them standardized for consistency. We've been able to standardize many of our projects and ensure everything is done correctly from start-to-finish! The best thing about macro is that it has an option of creating macros for all activities in your business which can be used by different members as well.
