The ability to be able to reach out to different people within an organisation. It has been great to have the chance to talk with people from other industries, learn how they are solving the same problems, and share my experiences with others. I do not like the fact that it is difficult to create your own groups/communities to connect with others. This can sometimes make it difficult to get new contacts or get advice from more experienced members of the community. I would recommend ShareBird to anyone looking to expand their knowledge by talking to people who have faced similar challenges as them. They are able to provide tips for improving processes, products and services.
