Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great cage; horrible assembly instructions

We bought this cage for two doves and it is simply huge, solid, and all around awesome; however, I like others before me agree that the assembly instructions are some of the worst I've ever seen. Eventually, you figure out what screws to use where and what piece it's referring to, even though it may not look like what the images in the instructions show, but it probably took me an extra 30-45 minutes to just sort it all out and that was pretty much just on my own via common sense, years of assembling other un-assembled pieces over the years, and an allen wrench (it does not come with any, but one is required). Having the instructions it comes with is essentially the same as having no instructions at all. Regardless, the quality of the cage is so good, that I am still giving it a 4/5 stars.

Pros
  • The elegant wrought iron design is visually striking and adds sophistication to any room
Cons
  • The cage may not be suitable for birds that require more privacy and seclusion
