The overall rating is probably a four because of the rattling in the case during operation. Please check when buying. And it's a good vacuum cleaner. Some pros: Not noisy, maneuverable, powerful, long cord, comfortable handle, power adjustment, good equipment. Cons below: Glossy surface (beautiful, but scratches and scuffs can ruin the look). there is some kind of rattling during operation (maybe I was unlucky, or maybe this is the norm)
