Ideal for warming up flatbread before serving. We use it all the time and all we have to do is microwave it for 5 minutes to keep the tortillas warm while cooking and serving. The white color goes well with my white items. The link to the e-cookbook didn't go through so I contacted them and they emailed me the PDF right away. Very happy with this purchase!
