I have been using this item for 9 months now and I can safely say that I regret my purchase. That's not even close to the $400 cost of a vacuum cleaner. The only plus is that it is light and rolls easily. Here are the main problems: 1. The vacuum bag full indicator just doesn't work. Sometimes it shows red when the bag isn't even full, and sometimes it doesn't show red when the bag is full. For example, today I just changed the bag and after 5 minutes of vacuuming it turned COMPLETELY red. The instruction manual basically admits that the gauge doesn't work properly and you need to check how full the bag is. Unacceptable. Before that, I also found that the display did not turn completely red, but reduced the suction power. When I checked the bag, it was so full it wouldn't even close properly. This defeated the purpose of a supposedly hypoallergenic vacuum cleaner as the bag didn't close properly. I now regularly check the bag because I know the indicator is bad.2. The normal floor nozzle does VERY poorly with hair. I have long hair and my loose hair is an important part of what I vacuum. Gets stuck in the nozzle due to the small size of the hole combined with a sharp angle and some protruding plastic parts. I ALWAYS stop vacuuming and separate strands of hair with my hands for them to go down the drain. Again, this defeats the purpose of using a hypoallergenic vacuum, which requires me to hold the brush against my face while constantly tugging at my hair.3. The suction power is not very good. The highest setting, even with a new bag, is a little higher, that's all.4. The carriage with nozzles does not fit the vacuum cleaner. It is in an awkward position and falls off when you move the vacuum cleaner. I no longer worry about keeping it there. The nozzles are very useful, only one of them was useful at all, a square one, for use in crevices. I would appreciate a narrow brush and I think it should come with the base kit. It would have been better to just buy the cheap rack I always had before. My attempt to treat myself to a better product and hopefully not trigger asthma when vacuuming has failed.
