The tutu came out perfect for my 3.5 pound poodle.
Made my first custom tutu for my 3.5 lb poodle, it came out great. She needs a groom, sorry for the extra fluff. I used white tulle with sequins to give it a white sheen. I will be using this differently layered white with other colors for my dog's custom packs, for friends and potential clients.
