A light was flickering so I sent them a message. They made multiple inquiries to find out what the problem was and other inquiries about order numbers etc which is fair enough. I have received and returned the prepaid MRA. Two weeks later I was told it took them 4 days to check the bulb. Eventually I got an email saying the light was fine and if I didn't reply they would just return the light. Almost 3 weeks just to check the light? And why should I buy another one if the one I sent was fine? Very unprofessional and very indifferent, I will never buy from TORCHSTAR again. By the way, the light looks beautiful, makes the room beautiful. I had to rearrange them and skip the last one. I've only used 11, I'll keep another one to remember.
