Review on Outdoor Children Talkies - ITSHINY Channel by Ken Reed

I bought a set of these for my grandchildren. One of the walkie talkies stopped working within the first month so I returned them and asked to just have the set replaced as it was definitely the thread that caused one to stop working. I received the second set and again when the grandkids played with it the second time one stopped working again. I sent them back and asked for a refund. The company charged me a $5 restocking fee. The first. why fill up if they don't work. Second, why are they charging me for returning their trash? I definitely wouldn't order them; buy something from another seller. This company restocks items that don't even work. Much luck!
